Buying and flipping websites in my opinion is far easier than getting up every single day to go and work at a 9-5 job. Even if you like your job!
I say this because the amount of time website inventors spend buying and flipping websites. Is really only just a small fraction of the 40+ hours most people spend working at their day job.
As a matter of fact people who get started buying and flipping websites, do so in their spare time! Yep, just like most investing is started, by learning and putting that into practice in your spare time.
That usually means working a regular job whilst learning in the evenings. Which is exactly how I got started. And although I don’t buy websites to flip them on for some quick cash, like website flippers. I buy them to hold and reap the long-term benefits.
You see, buying and flipping websites is far easier than most people think. It all starts with educating yourself a little on how to buy online businesses, which you can do through this very blog.
Once you then have the knowledge to start buying websites you can start turning that knowledge into skills by taking action. Because unlike what most people think, knowledgeable and intelligent people are not successful. It is the knowledgeable and intelligent people who put the theory they have learnt into practice to become successful. It’s not good enough to just read, It’s all about taking action and putting into practice what you have learnt.
You could start by hunting down websites for sale on marketplaces like Flippa (although I don’t recommend this as a beginner). Here they sell websites as an auction type of sale. Or you can start looking into website brokers where you will find more expensive websites, although there you will fine well established website businesses earning far more than most of those you see on Flippa.
In short though, and to answer the question. Is buying and flipping website for profit easy? Well yes of course it is easy, although it is not a get rich quick scheme. It is a process in which you can follow to improve your life in many ways like I have. From quitting your job, to travelling the world and fulfilling your dreams.
